A year of international expansion for ADP

January 2011 – ADP®, a leading providerof HR, payroll and benefits administration services, completed three significant acquisitions in key international markets in 2010 which broadens its customer base, expands its offering and further strengthens its leading position.
 
In NovemberADP acquired the Italian company Byte Software House, a premier provider of integrated payroll, personnel administration, time management and human resources products and services in Italy. With 620 employees and more than 600 client companies, the acquisition of Byte means that more than two million employees a month will be managed by ADP’s solutions in Italy and makes ADP the leading provider of payroll and personnel administration in the country.
 
During February,ADP acquired UK-based OneClickHR plc, a leading supplier ofHR technology solutions to UK-based companies and multi-national clients - best known for the flagship HR.net application. HR.net is now integrated into ADP UK creating a broad suite of HR technology and tools, including e-recruitment, which complements existing web-based HR and payroll service solutions. 
 
Meanwhile, in July ADP took over Logica Netherlands’ payroll activities which involve 260 clients and 80 employees. The agreement further strengthens ADP’s position in the Netherlands, especially among large and medium-sized companies as well as in the healthcare business.
 
ADP also expanded its multinational payroll offeringADP Streamline in 2010, with the service now available in 64 countries, with specific expansion in Latin America.
