ADP®, a leading provider of HR, payroll and benefits administration services, has appointed Mark Benjamin as President of its Employer Services International (ESI) division.
PARIS , October 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - ADP®, a leading provider of HR, payroll and benefits administration services, has appointed Mark Benjamin as President of its Employer Services International (ESI) division. Benjamin, who will be based in Paris, was previously Senior Vice President of ADP’s Small Business Services unit, where he managed all services and operations for small-business clients, the company’s professional employer organization, ADP TotalSourceSM, and Resource, ADP’s administrative services offering.
Benjamin replaces Anish Rajparia who held the post for three years –after having managed Employer Services Europe for two years- and grew ESI revenues by 15% through growth and acquisitions. Rajparia was recently appointed President of ADP’s Small Business Services, ADP TotalSource and Retirement Services units in the USA.
Benjamin has worked for ADP since 1992, starting his career in field sales and working his way quickly through various sales leadership roles to then become general manager for ADP TotalSource, ultimately taking over as Senior Vice President of that unit. In his most recent role, he was also responsible for nearly 350,000 small-business clients and over 3,000 ADP associates in the US.
ADP Employer Services International is dedicated to meeting the outsourced human resources needs of both domestic and multinational companies across Latin America, EMEA, and AsiaPac, both through its local offices and its multinational offering ADP Streamline®, which now serves over 70 countries.
Commenting on his appointment, Benjamin said, “I look forward to continuing the expansion and growth of ADP’s international business. We’ll achieve this by expanding into emerging markets, further growing our market-leading positions in our current countries and geographies, offering innovative solutions and services to domestic and multinational companies across the world, and improving our clients’ experiences across the enterprise. All this is in line with our vision to power our clients’ businesses, be an authority in our industry, and excel in client services.”
