ADP Streamline sets the stage for pan-European HR BPO in small-and medium-sized companies

Paris, May 2007 --- Rolled out a few months ago, ADP Streamline, the new payroll and personnel administration service offering designed for small-and mid-sized European subsidiaries of multinational companies, reaches cruising speed.

In April alone, 14 new companies, including prestigious names such as Logitech, Net Ratings, and Radio Systems Corporation, opted for ADP Streamline to be their one and only solution to run their HR administration across Europe.

This represents a 40% increase in just one month and demonstrates multinational companies’ keen interest in a simple and easy-to-implement HR BPO solution dedicated to their subsidiaries.

As of today, 49 international organisations representing 266 entities and a total of 5,000 employees have implemented ADP Streamline.

Extended geographical coverage
At the same time, ADP continues to extend its footprint in Europe, making ADP Streamline available in 5 additional countries: Estonia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Ukraine. The business has grown to serve 30 countries (31 at the end of June) in less than one year.

ADP rolls-out ADP Streamline, a unique and simple service for small subsidiaries of multinationals in Europe

Paris, April 5, 2007 --- ADP, a worldwide leading provider of payroll, HR and benefits administration solutions, today announced a new offering, ADP Streamline, designed for small-and mid-sized European subsidiaries of multinational companies that want a single payroll and personnel administration solution.

ADP Streamline provides a one-stop service solution that includes one contract, one price per employee and per country, and a dedicated account manager. It also enables the companies’ headquarters to have access to a set of consolidated corporate services in order to facilitate the most efficient deployment of their governance model across their subsidiaries in Europe.

International growth is the critical mission
« ADP Streamline is our innovative solution for multinational companies looking for the optimal way to manage the payroll and HR administration of their small subsidiaries and be able to benefit from the best practices in the market. Our job is to streamline their day-to-day processes enabling them to concentrate on their critical mission: international growth! », notes Anish Rajparia, President of ADP Employer Services Europe.

ADP Streamline is a comprehensive solution combining three main benefits:

- ADP becomes its client’s personnel administration department and facilitates local statutory compliance regardless of the number of its subsidiaries across Europe.

- The client’s headquarters have access to consolidated information for all European subsidiaries through a multi-country set of reports and analyses on headcount, turnover and compensation.

- A dedicated account manager streamlines the link between the subsidiaries’ day-to-day HR administration processes and the headquarters. The account manager is in charge of coordinating assistance for payroll procedures, local legislation and specific enquiries related to HR administration. He also provides support for the creation of any new legal entities in Europe.

For Josep-Maria Elias, ADP Streamline General Manager, « ADP Streamline is literally an unprecedented way for multinationals to handle the relationship with their subsidiaries. For international companies that are managing small operations in various countries, keeping control at the local level and having the knowledge that all subsidiaries are going in the right direction to support the corporate expansion plan, are key success factors. ADP Streamline ensures them to achieve these objectives ».

The service solution is currently available in 24 countries in Europe and will cover 31 countries by the end of June. As of today, 35 international organisations representing a total of 190 entities with an average number of 16 employees per subsidiary, have implemented ADP Streamline. ADP plans to serve 350 entities by the end of the year. ADP Streamline‘s clients range from two employees split in two countries to 117 employees in 15 countries.
